Reflected Text
Create a new PSD document
Write your text using the "Horizontal Type Tool" and select your favorite font family...
You may decide to chose a background of your own.
We even added some extra formatting. What we did here is: Right click on the layer of the text you just typed, chose blending options and apply a stroke (last check box).

Step 02
Click on the text's layer and chose from the layer menu on the top bar to duplicate the layer.

Step 03
At first sight, it will seem that no new layers were added. In fact the new layer is superposed over the old one.
Click on the Move Tool (the move icon on the tools box), and move the duplicate layer exactly below the original one.

Step 04
While still selecting the new layer, click on the Edit menu and select the transform sub-menu and click on flip-vertical.

Step 05
To give the feel of the reflected text, select the duplicate layer from the layers box and go to blending as before and set the opacity to 40%.
You might decide to have some transparency too, so click Add A Layer Mask button (second image below). Choose Gradient Tool and set opacity to 100% (the type should be Linear Gradient).
Now drag the mouse vertically over the reflected text to apply this gradient.

Final result for the steps we performed can be seen here:
